The Moorings partners with Prana Health & Wellbeing to add a treatment room

The Moorings Hotel & Restaurant is delighted to announce an extension to its services with the addition of a treatment room.

A spare room of the hotel has been converted into a beautiful haven of peace.

The room will be operated by Emma Mathew of Prana Health & Wellbeing, and it’s estimated that treatments will be available to book from the end of April 2024.

Having spent the last 15 years of her life in corporate and public communications roles, Emma is also a qualified Swedish and sports massage therapist, yoga teacher, reiki master and health coach (and Mummy to little Elliott!).

“I’m really excited about this next stage in my life”, said Emma. “Stepping out of my communications career, and following my true passion for wellness and wellbeing, is something I’ve dreamt of for a long time, and I’m thrilled to be able to drive forward my own business, alongside the team at The Moorings.”

Director of The Moorings Hotel & Restaurant, Iselin Jones said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Emma to our Moorings Family Team. As soon as she applied to take on the space, we knew she’d be the perfect fit. Emma understands what The Moorings is all about, and we’re convinced that she’ll be able to add something really unique to our overall offering, complementing our existing Yoga and Pilates studio”.

The treatment room, like The Studio will be accessible to locals and staying guests.
