Price: £90 per person

Embark on a sensory journey to the sun-drenched valleys of Marlborough, New Zealand, where passion for the land meets unparalleled winemaking craft. On Wednesday, 25th March 2026, The Moorings Hotel and Restaurant invites you to an exclusive wine dinner celebrating Lawson’s Dry Hills – pioneers of sustainable viticulture since their vineyard roots were planted in 1982 by founders Ross and Barbara Lawson.

As New Zealand’s most sustainably certified wine producer, Lawson’s Dry Hills holds total Toitū net carbon zero status. Their commitment shines through every bottle, from vineyard to port, blending innovation with over four decades of heritage to create wines that capture the essence of Marlborough’s diverse soils and microclimates.

Hosted by the winery’s dynamic Marketing & Sales Manager, Belinda Jackson – a wine industry veteran with nearly 40 years of expertise, a published author, and former Radio NZ commentator – this evening promises insightful stories behind their award-winning varietals, including vibrant Sauvignon Blancs, elegant Pinot Gris, structured Pinot Noirs, and aromatic Gewürztraminers.

In partnership with Liberation Drinks Co., savour a four-course paired tasting experience for £90.00, where these exceptional wines harmonize with inspired cuisine. (Full menu attached for your perusal.)

Whether you’re a connoisseur or simply love a great story in every sip, this is your chance to toast to sustainability and Kiwi ingenuity in our welcoming Jersey setting.
